Carolyn (Lyn) Turknett, Organizational Consultant, received her B.S. in
mathematics in 1966 from the University of Georgia. She received her M.A.
in sociology, with special emphasis in organizational sociology, from the
University of Georgia in 1969. Ms. Turknett consults primarily in the areas
of organizational and team effectiveness. She is particularly interested
in helping teams at all levels improve communication and working relationships,
and in helping organizations maximize intellectual capital and create cultures
that support flexibility and initiative. Lyn is a member of the Sociological
Practice Association, the American Society for Training and Development,
the OD Network, the Society for Human Resource Managment, and the Organizational
Change Alliance.
