Dr. Lucius graduated from The University of Georgia with a doctorate degree
in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Prior to joining Turknett Associates,
Dr. Lucius worked in Employee Relations with United Parcel Service, as the
research director for the Center for Leadership and Career Studies at Emory
University, and as an independent consultant. Dr. Lucius has worked extensively
in the areas of organizational climate, team development, and leadership
development across a number of organizations in both the public and private
sectors. Dr. Lucius is also an adjunct faculty member at Oglethorpe University,
where he teaches "psychology of leadership".
