A 360 Degree Assessment is a tool used to gather data from many sources. Participants invite peers, direct reports, the boss and others to rate them on many different aspects of leadership such as communication skills, dependability, risk-taking, and conflict resolution. These scores, including a self-assessment, are then aggregated into a 360 Rating Report. This data is especially helpful in pinpointing what the areas of strengths and opportunities for improvement are for each individual.

The Personality and Leadership Profile helps leaders gain an understanding of how personality affects leadership style and leadership behavior. This assessment combines the personality dimensions of two tests recognized for outstanding reliability and validity: the Personality Research Form (PRF) and the Jackson Personality Inventory (JPI). The report is organized into three sections: Intellectual Style, Personality Dynamics, and Social Style, and contains both explanatory text and developmental advice.

The Executive Selection Report (Predicted Leadership Profile) uses the results of a brief personality assessment to predict how a candidate would score on a 360-degree assessment, and was created using our large database of executive personality and 360-degree assessments. The report gives personality characteristics and predicted social and communication style, decision-making ability, and management and leadership capabilities. Our selection technology can also assess a candidate's fit with requirements of the position and your organizational culture.

The Organization Effectiveness assessment tool enables management to quickly scan the climate and culture of an organization and identify its strengths and weaknesses. The OEP measures employee evaluations of 31 different elements of organizational health, such as leadership, communication, and motivation. Through the large database of organizations who have already used the OEP in their company, a benchmark has been established that allows an organization to evaluate itself relative to other companies.

The Cultural Assessment Report is an in-depth cultural assessment, based on quantitative data and interviews that can enable a company to determine the difference between its current culture and its desired culture. This information can then be used to design interventions for cultural change. For example, a company may wish to assess its desired competencies for success and match these against an assessment of its existing culture. Such a gap analysis can enable a company to develop appropriate interventions ranging from leadership development to large-scale system changes to enhance its ability to achieve its strategic objectives. Many companies include cultural assessment prior to a proposed merger to ascertain if the cultural differences could be managed after the merger. (Note: This sample is an Adobe Acrobat PDF file.)
