OUR APPROACH TO
ORGANIZATION DIAGNOSTICS
Discovery
The Turknett
Diagnostic Center (TDC) is specially geared to group diagnostics,
which can include teams, departments or entire organizations. Issues
endemic to all groups and organizations, as well as those specific
to your company, can be measured and statistically analyzed by our
trained to staff, to help you identify what the pain is in
your organization, where the pain resides, and how
to alleviate the problem.
Diagnostics
tailored for smaller groups are designed to enhance the overall
dynamics of the group. How well members interact with each other,
how equipped members feel to conduct their respective tasks, and
the amount of personal trust among group members are examples of
issues Turknett can measure to get your group functioning as a true
"team."
Organizational diagnostics are measures that can
apply to anyone in the organization, and can be aggregated to represent
different levels of the organization, such as departments, branches or
your entire company. These diagnostics are useful for gauging the morale
of a companys workforce, testing the impact of new policies, procedures
or training programs, monitoring long-term trends in the workforce, and
determining where interventions are needed.
Here are a sample of just a few problems that could be
ailing your team, department or organization:
|
Poor Communication
|
Lack of Trust
|
|
Ineffective Leadership
|
Inadequate Resources
|
|
Low Cooperation
|
Counterproductive Workstyles
|
|
Ambiguous Job Roles
|
Poor Team Cohesion
|
|
Lack of Security
|
High Turnover
|
Confidentiality
Issues like those above are typically very
sensitive ones that should be handled with the utmost of care, which highlights
the importance of why an outside consultant is often necessary to measure
such issues. Only a neutral third party can truly provide the trust and
confidence employees need to respond both openly and honestly. The TDC
can establish a survey environment where accurate data can be collected
on these sensitive issues, so you can get to the "heart of the matter"
and begin your path to improvement.
Bottom-Line Impact
Traditionally, companies invest a great deal
of money recruiting, selecting and training employees. However, if these
employees are not satisfied, motivated, or lack the necessary knowledge,
skills and resources, your organization is not getting its moneys
worth. Along with lower productivity, these "tarnished stars"
may be impacting your profitability via turnover, absenteeism, sick-leave,
grievances, or disciplinary problems. TDC identifies the issues that are
of concern to your employees and affecting your bottom-line.
