Overview
CEO Consulting is designed to fit the individual needs of the busy executive. Through this arrangement, Bob Turknett will help the executive move the company forward to its desired state. All leadership issues such as getting business results, creating the desired culture, developing strategy, and attracting and retaining talent are "grist for the mill" in this consulting relationship, which is tailored to fit the executive’s situation, schedule and agenda.
Design of the Consulting:
- Initial Meeting – At the initial meeting Bob Turknett and the CEO will discuss what shape the consulting will take, where and when meetings will take place, and issues that may need immediate consideration.
- Data Gathering –Interviews with key personnel, along with some optional online data gathering, will be used to gain the perspective and input of other individuals who work closely with the CEO. Other tools may also be employed for further insight.
- Monthly Meeting – Subsequently, meetings will be held face-to-face based on the needs of the executive and scheduled once a month. Discussion will be around issues identified in the first meeting, any current concerns, and the information and data gathered.
- Phone Consultation – Unlimited phone consultation will be available either by appointment or spur of the moment. An executive using this service will have top priority.
- Onsite Consultation – Observation of staff meetings or other group interactions may also be scheduled for further insight and critique. (Additional fee may be required.)
This service can be modified in content and approach and tailored to fit specific urgent or emergent needs. This consulting service requires an initial fee for the data gathering and a monthly fee for the term of one year. This fee includes all of the afore-mentioned services delivered by Dr. Bob Turknett.
