This signature program is an individualized, confidential management and leadership development process that strengthens an executive’s ability to lead and manage in changing economic environments. This comprehensive program includes extensive assessment of current management style, and the creation of a personalized development program supported by long-term coaching. Oftentimes an entire leadership team will choose to participate in both individual and concomitant team sessions.
This one year engagement is designed to fit the needs of the busy executive. Dr. Bob Turknett will work directly with the executive to move the company forward to its desired state. Issues including getting business results, creating a desired culture, developing strategy, and attracting and retaining talent are core to this consulting relationship.
This developmental program is designed specifically for valued leaders who are at risk for derailment and are encountering interpersonal, behavioral, cultural, or skill issues that are hindering their professional effectiveness, on-the-job performance, or career opportunities. While improving these counterproductive tendencies, this program leverages the talent and preserves the motivation that brought these managers to their current level of success.
This cutting-edge program uses research known as Constructive Developmental Theory to identify the leadership levels of individuals. These levels define the ways in which leaders understand and make sense of different situations, relationships, and their own behavior. The higher the leadership level, the better a leader is in engaging in behavior that produces sustainable solutions and the kind of results needed in an increasingly complex business environment.
These programs are designed to provide a cost effective way to strengthen leadership for an individual contributor, first-level supervisor, or mid-manager in the organization, as well as an intact team or small group of high potentials in the organization.
This program is designed to develop “internal coaches” for the organization. Leaders with learn how to provide feedback around TLG or the organization’s internal assessments, as well as set goals and action plans for follow-through.
