CEO Consulting: A program designed
exclusively for Chief Executives. It includes all EDP components
plus one-on-one consulting for one year and quarterly on-site status
reviews
Leadership to the Fifth Level: Based on extensive research with CEO’s and other senior leaders Karl Kuhnert, Senior Research Fellow at Turknett, has developed an advanced approach to leadership development. The process measures Leadership Levels or leadership maturity by analyzing how leaders think. The most successful leaders “think” at level 4-5. We also offer a Lyceum approach for groups of high potential leaders using Leadership Levels as a lens for continuing development.
