The Process

The process includes data gathering up-front, using an organization assessment.  These instruments are used to measure aspects of organization culture.  All are research-based, objective, and quantitative and include dimensions such as politics, customer focus, innovation, trust, teamwork, decision-making and leadership.

Conducted with an interview process, the data from the organization assessment is used to help with culture change, integration, retention and mergers and acquisitions.

Each member participates in one of our individualized Leadership Development Programs.  These programs consist of several personality and leadership style assessments, 360 degree feedback and one-on-one coaching designed to identify an individual leader’s strengths and weaknesses and address individual leadership and management issues while maintaining an organizational focus.

After the leaders have begun a Leadership Development Program, periodic meetings of the entire team are held to focus on organizational goals and direction, work on communication issues, and build cohesiveness in order to increase effectiveness.  Information from the previous components is incorporated for maximum benefit. The number of group offsite sessions is determined by each company’s unique needs and circumstances.
