The head represents the cognitive domain. Diversity, Inclusion and Equity related are broken into bite-sized learning that allows participants to understand inclusion, in the shortest time possible. The participants are asked to read, discuss or watch videos allowing maximum retention of the topic. The heart represents the affective domain. This domain deals with emotions, values, feelings and motivation. Participants are inspired and motivated to practice diversity and inclusion. The hand relates to the psychomotor domain. Learners are invited to engage in role playing to create awareness of and interest in diversity and inclusion work-related issues. The rules of the role play are laid out in the virtual classroom and a demo is facilitated to show how it works. Case studies may also be used to put theory and discussion into application.
