Dr. Terri Baumgardner is a senior leadership advisor and executive coach who works with leaders on improving individual, team, and organizational effectiveness. Much of her work is about helping organizations build the bench strength they need for critical roles, including leadership roles, through an integrated and strategic approach to talent management. She has a real talent for clarifying the talent strategy with an organization, prioritizing how to realize the strategy, and developing and delivering a framework that builds the right kind of talent pipeline for an organization. With a background in organizational effectiveness and change, and leadership communications, she also assists organizations and leaders in managing through any broad changes, including culture change.

As an executive coach, Terri works with executives and executive teams on improving leadership. She facilitates opportunities for stakeholder-related and assessment-related feedback. She works with leadership teams to assess, and provide feedback and coaching, on how they are working together. She conducts organizational-level assessments to assist leadership teams in understanding organizational areas of strength and weaknesses, and makes corresponding recommendations.

Terri has been practicing in the field of Industrial/Organizational psychology and Strategic Talent Management for over 25 years. This has included founding and leading her own leadership and talent consulting business, leading the Strategic Talent Management and Organizational Effectiveness function of a Fortune 50 company, and leading a regional office of an international human resources and leadership consulting firm.
