How Foundations of Leadership Character Works
Step 1.
Contact us to demo and enroll your talent in the Foundations of Leadership Character Program.
Step 2.
TLG and Rali will organize a kick-off call with all participants to walk through the program and officially begin their journey.
Step 3.
Each participant will journey with their accountability partner through the program at their own pace. TLG and Rali will co-host two separate check-in calls to ensure all participants are on the right track and answer any questions.
Step 4.
Participants will develop their own leadership development action plan as they complete the journey. Following the program, they will continue to execute their plan and sharpen their leadership skills.
