How it Works:
- Session one: 360 Debrief – The client and their assigned coach work through a full debrief of the 360 results, identifying strengths and areas of improvement.
- Session two: Key Findings – The coach will lead the client through a deep dive into core areas of leadership based on their needs.
Session three: Plan Development – The Coach will work with the client to establish the foundation for an ongoing development plan.
