Brad Parcells is an experienced executive coach with a passion for creating effective coaching partnerships that help leaders work through current and future business challenges and become more impactful and effective leaders. Brad draws on a variety of fields including adaptive leadership, neuroscience, innovation, psychology and adult development. Brad has 40 years of senior-level management and leadership experience working with leaders in diverse industries, most notably supply chain and logistics, consumer goods healthcare, financial institutions, insurance, commercial real estate, entertainment and media, high-tech, telecom, big pharma, manufacturing, professional services (law, accountancy and consulting) and non-profits.
