ATLANTA, GA, Aug. 1st, 2023 – Turknett Leadership Group (TLG), a nationally recognized leadership development firm based in Atlanta, GA, today announced that Tim Huff has been named President of TLG. Tino Mantella, who has served as President and CEO since October of 2018, will complete his five-year commitment on September 30th and will remain on the team as the CEO through December 31st to help facilitate a smooth transition. Tim Huff’s Presidency is effective immediately.
Tim brings over 30 years of high-stakes leadership experience spanning numerous industries, including the U.S. Army, Information Technology, and Leadership Development. Tim is a professionally certified Executive Coach whose passion for helping others succeed led him to various roles within the company. Before becoming President, Tim was brought on as a Senior Consultant in 2019 and assumed the role of VP of Leadership Development in late 2022.

Under Tino’s leadership, TLG has experienced rapid growth and doubled its revenue. The company has added over 25 coaches to its growing team and diversified its portfolio of services that have helped leaders improve their effectiveness in organizations nationwide. As a result, the organization has continued to expand its client base globally.
“I’ve known Tim for over a decade, and I’m confident he will be an exceptional leader who will guide this rapidly growing company,” said Tino.
As Vice President of Leadership Development, Tim has overseen the launch of various new programs, such as TLG’s Manager2Leader, that have contributed greatly to TLG’s growth. These programs have made leadership development more widely available to mid and lower-level leaders such as managers and high contributors.
