Iolanda Martinas

IO Psychology Associate

Iolanda is passionate about helping people and organizations thrive. She is an MA Candidate at the University of Georgia’s IO Psychology master’s program. She also studied business principles and personal and organizational leadership through UGA’s Terry College of Business. Iolanda combines her interest in data and people to drive meaningful change for companies and those who lead them.

At Turknett Leadership Group, she creates marketing material, helps produce the Women in Leadership signature series, and champions IO psychology, among other tasks. She is happiest when she can address the needs of clients using TLG’s Leadership Character Model, a proprietary tool that exemplifies the balance that all great leaders strive for between caring for people and drive for results, all rooted in a base of integrity.

When not at Turknett or in school, Iolanda likes to spend time drawing, playing guitar or video games, doing puzzles, or reading. Her latest obsession is listening to audiobooks during her commute.

From our clients:

“Iolanda is professional, warm, and on top of everything!”
