Our process includes but is not limited to: interviews with leadership to determine company culture and key position related needs; interviews with potential candidates by our experienced coaches; performing a battery of assessments to measure cognitive ability, personality characteristics that underpin performance, and an inventory of risk factors that identify specific performance challenges that can be linked to validated competencies. Additionally, “assessment center” activities can be added to further increase the richness of the process. Finally, at the conclusion of the assessments, designated company leadership will receive a comprehensive written and verbal report on the candidate’s potential.  Executive coaching can be added to the process for internal candidates who are classified as high-potentials.
