Coach Spotlight: Brad Parcells, PCC

By The Turknett Team

The Turknett Leadership Group (TLG) has grown to feature over 30 consultants who are actively engaged with clients. Our team has added yet another expert in Brad Parcells, PCC, who becomes the latest edition to the number one Leadership Development firm in the Southeastern United States. Brad is an executive coach who not only brings extensive experience, but a passion and desire to help leaders succeed. Brad has been coaching and consulting for 10 years, and he shows no signs of slowing down.

Humble Beginnings

Brad’s consulting journey began as a leap of faith. Brad’s twin brother, who became an executive coach before him, strongly suggested that Brad look into becoming a coach himself. Brad decided to go for it, and began his own coaching and consulting practice. As Brad progressed through the coaching certification requirements, it became immediately clear that this is what he wanted to do. Brad felt his values and beliefs were strongly connected to being a servant to others. Leveraging his laser-like focus and humility, Brad set out to help others achieve their goals.

“We need men and women who are so strong they can be gentle, so educated they can be humble, so fierce they can be compassionate, so passionate they can be rational, so connected they can be authentic, so consistent they can be trusted, so disciplined they can be free, and so free they can lead with authenticity. ” – Brad Parcells

Of course, Brad’s transition from being a leader to coaching leaders is what he considers to be the ultimate highlight of his career. The entrepreneurial plunge he took turned out to be more rewarding that he could imagine. As a servant leader, Brad has relished the opportunity to work along side so many men and women executives and help them to become the best version of themselves and see their leadership impact.

The Next Chapter

When Brad had the opportunity to join TLG, he saw it as a new opportunity to make a difference in the lives of TLG’s clients and leaders. Brad had known TLG’s President and CEO, Tino Mantella, for years. It was when a coaching colleague of Brad’s joined TLG and shared their positive experience with him that he decided to make the jump.

“Over the past decade, Brad has developed his coaching skills to become a top professional and has had the opportunity to coach some of the top CEOs in the world. He is already making a positive impact with our team and we look forward to a bright consulting future with him. – Tino Mantella, President & CEO, TLG.”

Finally, Brad left us with his favorite quote:
