This six-month course is 100% online, and provides 50 hours of combined learning through eight interactive sessions. Participants will be equipped with a proven DEI toolkit and the skills needed to be DEI ambassadors within their organization and their role. Building a culture that fosters diversity, equity, and inclusion isn’t just the role of top leadership – it’s the responsibility of every employee. If you want to be an advocate for change within your organization, the Inclusion, Diversity, Equity in Action (IDEA) Certification is for you.

While individual performance is commendable, the skills required to be an effective leader of people and teams is a skill set that is often overlooked at the time of promotion. Our Manager to Leader program focuses on the essential competencies of a good leader of people and teams.

This program is an abbreviated coaching program designed to support the leader who could use better skills when it comes to handling the struggles faced in the the common day workforce.

The Leadership Development Coaching Program will increase self-awareness, offer action steps towards development, and most importantly make leaders more likely to attain their goals.

TLG’s Group Coaching Program will create social support, strengthen team and relationship skills, and break down silos while building corporate and industry awareness.

The development and use of competency models can bridge the gap between strategy and productivity, helping everyone understand and commit to what is expected. Further, when properly developed, cultures of accountability can prevent or defend against pay inequity or other types of litigation. TLG uses a process that begins with guidance from HR and senior leaders, followed by input from all levels of the organization. Resulting systems and tools ensure the alignment of all human performance functions and reinforce the behaviors necessary to effectively execute the strategy of the enterprise. This in turn positively impacts bottom-line productivity, creating a culture of accountability.

Whether you are looking to become a DEI Ambassador within your organization to lead change, or you are an ICF certified coach who is wanting to acquire continuing education credits, this course is for you. Clients will develop the ability to define and understand diversity, inclusion, and equity as well as advocate throughout their organization.

Turknett process includes:

• Individual Executive Development Program: These programs are confidential and trust-based development programs that help leaders build individual leadership competence, increase collaboration with other team members, and develop their own organizations.
• Team Meetings: Team meetings are held to focus on organizational goals and direction, work on communication issues, build cohesiveness in order to increase effectiveness.
• Data Gathering: Data is collected in the form of interviews and/or a quantitative organization survey tool such as our Team Effectiveness Profile or the broader Turknett Organization Profile. These instruments are used to measure multiple aspects of team functioning and organization culture. Data is used to help with individual leadership development, leadership team development, and organizational change.
