Background: In her twenties, Denise was promoted to management over her peers and she experienced the toughest year of her life. This experience launched a lifelong passion to understand both the art and science of leadership. She led succession planning and key talent management efforts for financial services and technology organizations. For seventeen years, she has successfully consulted with Fortune 500 companies to engage their workforce in growing and improving the business.
