With an educational foundation in Psychology and twenty years of experience in human resources, Miranda is always placing an emphasis on the “human”.

Career Highlights

  •  (Autotrader.com) Facilitated the first cross divisional talent review process, working closely with the executive team to identify high performers with potential, succession plans for key roles, and key opportunities/training for high potential employees.
  • (Elizabeth Gallo Court Reporting (EGCR) and Ancillary Legal Services) Responsible for organizational assessment and redesign, strategic growth plan, culture reset, talent planning, leadership development, talent acquisition and performance development.
  • (Paya Financial Services) Designed Intern Program. Responsible for Executive Leadership Team (ELT) decks on key HR updates, including Talent Acquisition. Spearheaded the organizational design and relocation of the Customer Operations work group to Atlanta.
  • (Hearst Autos) Filled 115 technology and product management positions across Hearst Autos in eighteen months time. Built the technology pipeline and increased brand awareness of Hearst Autos in the Atlanta market. Culture building to bring four different business units under one umbrella.
  • (Hearst Autos) Executed the “nine box” talent review process for existing business unit, Jumpstart Automotive Media. Identified top talent and developed action plans to address key retention concerns.
  • (Delta Air Lines) Spearheaded the Reservation Sales division through the NW acquisition and merger.

    Adult coloring. I color cards and send them to special people with a note of gratitude or encouragement. To nurture myself in 2020, I challenged myself to color 50 cards to send to 50 special people. You can see some of them at my Instagram @thecardswecolor. I also enjoy a Yin Yoga practice that I balance with my Yang, running. I fancy myself a gardener but my husband will tell you that my thumb is a darker shade of green, tittering on black.
