Perry Anne specializes in building organizational capability by developing people toward business results. Her experience over the past two decades spans Fortune companies and non-profits.
Her corporate career began in training and instructional design and progressed to leading learning and development organizations. As a consultant her work has included competency modeling, assessing talent for senior leadership placement, executive coaching, and facilitating strategic and action planning sessions.
Perry Anne has served client organizations based in the U.S, U.K., and Australia in international development, healthcare, biotech, IT security, construction, and engineering.
Perry Anne earned a B.A. in Journalism from the University of South Carolina and an M.Ed. in Human Resources and Organization Development from the University of Georgia. She completed intensive training through the College of Executive Coaching and is an advanced certified Hogan Assessment consultant. She is an authorized partner for both the DiSC and the Five Behaviors of Cohesive Team programs and is a certified Everything DiSC facilitator.
Perry Anne was a presenter at the American Society for Training and Development’s 2001 national conference and at the 2015 and 2016 Georgia State University Leadership Conclave. She is a member of the Georgia chapter of the International Coach Federation (ICF), and SHRM Atlanta.
Perry Anne lives in Atlanta with her husband and their three children.
