Consultant Insights

  • My ideal client is someone that:

is at an inflection point, where the stakes are high, and the path forward is unclear. I thrive coaching through intense periods of change, messy dynamics, and organizational unrest.

  • The highlight of my career so far has been:

Being a foundational part of building the LinkedIn Learning business library — starting in the Lynda.com days. I lived through the LinkedIn acquisition and the Microsoft acquisition, helped shape what leadership content looked like on the platform, and brought topics like Leading Yourself and Leading Without Formal Authority into the mainstream business content space. To date, I've had the privilege of supporting over two million learners globally.

  • My superpower as a coach is:

Reading between the lines. I'm good at helping clients see what's actually going on — not just what's being said, but what's meant, what's avoided, and what the subtext is telling you. When you're deep in it, it's hard to see clearly, and that’s where I can help.

  • My philosophy on life is:

You are never powerless. It's the dedication I wrote to my son in my book, Leading Yourself, and something I truly believe. You're always in charge of what you think, what you say, and what you do. Stay in the driver's seat, even when you don't get to choose the road.

  • I hope my legacy is one of:
