By The Turknett Team

The Turknett Leadership Group (TLG) is excited to announce the edition of Robin Mladinich, CPCC, ACC to its team of consultants. Robin brings 20 years of global leadership development experience and a glowing passion for developing leaders. Her expertise is in coaching and growing high potential executives, developing leadership programs and competencies to evoke transformation, engaging and developing teams, managing interpersonal/team conflict, and developing cross-cultural competence.

Robin began her journey in the coaching space over twenty years ago and has been involved in executive and leadership coaching for the past ten years. She became interested in leadership development and executive coaching when she saw a need for developing women leaders in non-profits and higher education. In response, she created a 12-month Executive Leadership Academy for Women to develop effective leadership skills, promote succession planning, and bridge the gender pay gap. The program has been funded for the past 10 years and has more than 75 alums.

Tino Mantella, TLG President & CEO,  is excited to have Robin as part of a growing team that now features over 30 established consultants.

“We are very excited to add Robin to our team of diverse and distinguished coaches. Robin brings a multitude of skills, and we are particularly excited about her background in the education space. We know she will do great things here at TLG.” – Tino Mantella

Career Highlight

A powerful highlight from Robin’s career came when she created the executive leadership coaching program and embedded it into the curriculum for the Executive MBA program at Georgia State University. “Being a part of and a witness to these students’ leadership transformation was incredibly rewarding,” said Robin. The coaching program she developed involved a 360 assessment, individual and group coaching sessions, and creating and implementing a leadership development plan. The results were not only promotions or new positions, but an increased ability to lead with self-confidence, courage, and authenticity.

The coaching program was recognized with the PRISM Award for Excellence in Coaching and Education category by the International Coaching Federation – Georgia Chapter in 2020.

Blast from the Past

When asked why she decided to join TLG, Robin reminisced on when she first met Co-founders Bob and Lyn Turknett almost a decade ago.

“I met Bob and Lyn Turknett about nine years ago,” said Robin. “I remember thinking at the time that I would love to be a part of TLG someday. I admire the work that they do, and I am both honored and humbled to be a part of this organization doing this work with such an esteemed group of consultants.”

Passion-driven Leadership

There is no question that Robin’s true passion can be found in helping others achieve success. Robin points to the process of helping her clients receive insights about their strengths, weaknesses, and how those impact themselves and their organization. Robin is a resource to help align her client’s strengths with the organization’s goals.
